- Overall responsibility for managing and overseeing the entire fitting-out and onsite installation operations and ensuring the efficiency of different fit-out and installation process
- Manage and ensure quality standards of the fitting out and installation process
- Ensure projects activities are delivered in line with the project plan, budget and indicators of success
- Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Helps in ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed
- Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner

- Centralizing the project inquiries.
- Ensuring healthy, safe, and hygienic working conditions for the site staff with assistance from the Safety Officer.
- Providing inputs for all relevant issues during Management Committee Meetings.
- Tracking the progress of site installation to initiate billing activity.
- Allocating works to team with respect to their experience / capacity.
- Conduct & monitor the staff Performance appraisals of staff as per the HR guidelines and keeping the training plans if needs.
- Recommending staff for awards, promotions and salary revisions.
- Recruitment of new staff and envisaging the staffing requirements within the Department
- Facilitating the training of new staff by senior and experienced staff within the Department
- Based on inputs from the workshop In charge, site supervisors, PM, PE, Site Foremen and Other Trades Supervisor, identify ways to improve the current manufacturing & fitting out process
- Identify and close the gaps in production, fitting out, and installation processes to maximize efficiency.
