Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join us with adequate experience of maintenance and facility management sector .pp
. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential customers.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Present product/service offerings to prospective clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
* Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
