**Job Opportunity : Experienced South Indian Chef**
**Location:** The New Delhi Restaurant, Al Aziziyah, Makkah
Are you a skilled South Indian chef with a passion for authentic cuisine? Do you have experience in crafting delicious Idli, Vada,Dosa, Sambar, Upma etc and South Indian Thalis? If so, we want you to join our team at The New Delhi Restaurant!
**Position:** South Indian Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including Idli, Vada, Sambar, Upma, and South Indian Thalis.
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and maintain the authenticity of traditional recipes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a South Indian chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Expertise in preparing traditional South Indian dishes.
- Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques specific to South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.

This opportunity is only for transferable iqama with high categories for example (Kitchen worke)
Iqama should be valid for (6 months)
and 3 months Probation Period
starting salary : 1800/sr
