Job Title: BMS, Power, and Low Voltage Systems Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled engineer with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS), power, and low voltage systems to join our team for the Riyadh Metro project. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of BMS, power systems, and low voltage systems in large-scale infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art metro system in one of the fastest-growing cities in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain BMS, power, and low voltage systems for the project.
Conduct site assessments, prepare technical specifications, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors, to integrate BMS, power, and low voltage systems into the overall infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on systems to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and project staff.
Ensure all systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in BMS, power systems, and low voltage systems (preferably in large infrastructure projects).
Strong knowledge of BMS software, protocols, and hardware.
Proficient in the design and implementation of electrical power systems, including low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems.
Familiarity with relevant standards, codes, and regulations related to BMS, electrical power, and low voltage systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in BMS, power systems, or low voltage systems (e.g., LEED, PMP, or similar).
Experience with international engineering standards and best practices.
Previous experience working in the Middle East or similar regions.
