Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
* Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
* Arrange travel plans and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
* Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document scanning.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office management is advantageous).
* Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
