We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, with a primary focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting them into customers.
Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners to drive sales.
Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective closing of sales.
*Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to understand client needs and promote tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while ensuring company profitability.
*Customer Retention:
Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Address customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
*Sales Reporting:
Maintain and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights to senior management.
Monitor the effectiveness of sales tactics and identify areas for improvement.

*Brand Management & Messaging:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and sales materials.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral that supports sales efforts.
*Digital Marketing:
Oversee the company’s online presence, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and executing SEO strategies.
Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation effectiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary.
*Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Provide insights to the sales team and leadership to refine messaging, product positioning, and sales tactics.
*Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful campaigns.
Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, able to make informed decisions based on sales and marketing data.
