We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jubail. Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
• Sales Management:
• Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales performance.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Identify potential business opportunities and report findings to the management team.
• Order Processing:
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and efficient.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track key performance.
• Generate reports and presentations for the management team as needed.
• Customer Support:
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or services.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline sales processes.
• Provide input on product development based on client feedback.

Qualifications

To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have:
• Educational Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles, preferably in manpower, equipment, waterproofing, dewatering, trading, or mechanical maintenance.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and close deals effectively.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
