Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling engineered products, specifically in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) sector.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, strong relationships with key end-users, and a deep understanding of MRO requirements across various industries.
The role will involve driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineered solutions that meet the customers' operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Business Development:
o Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on engineered products for MRO requirements.
o Identify new business opportunities within the Saudi market and build strong relationships with key end-users in industries like oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities, etc.
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
o Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
o Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge & Application:
o Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineered products, their applications, and how they serve the MRO industry.
o Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients to demonstrate the value of engineered solutions.
o Provide technical support as required to assist in client decision-making.
• Market Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and emerging opportunities.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
o Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
o Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and other reporting documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on engineered products and MRO solutions.
o Demonstrated success in the Saudi market, preferably working with end-users across industries such as oil & gas, industrial equipment, or utilities.
o Strong technical knowledge of engineered products used in MRO, including their applications and benefits.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to understand complex client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
o Self-motivated, results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
o Fluent in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Educational Background:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Other Requirements:
o Existing relationships with key industry players in Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.
o Experience working with technical and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
o Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance standards related to MRO and engineered products.
