Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in Riyadh/Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the KSA/GCC region. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales. Knowledge of the local market and fluency in Arabic or relevant languages will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and outcomes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as necessary.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements:
Nationality: Indian (preferably South Indian), Egyptian, Arabic-speaking, Bengali.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Proven sales experience in the KSA or GCC market.
License: Valid driver's license.
Iqama: Must hold a valid, transferable Iqama.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic or any of the mentioned languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with the local market dynamics and customer preferences in the region.
