We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Preferred Nationality - Only Indian & Pakistani
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, and applications. diagnose technical issues, provide solutions, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Key responsibilities include researching and troubleshooting problems, monitoring system health, and assisting users with technical questions and support on a day-to-day basis.
Essential skills :
1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
5. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to issues and accurately document solutions and processes.
6. Time Management: Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of Networking: Understanding of network configurations, IP addressing, and basic network troubleshooting skills, Server Group Policy and all other Configuration.
8. Familiarity with Tools: Proficiency in using help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
9. cybersecurity: Preferably with Experience/Background in cybersecurity compliance needs.
