About Us:
We are a luxury chocolatier seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Supervisor to join our team. As a Showroom Supervisor, you will assist the Showroom Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our chocolate showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service_: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and indulgent experience for all visitors.

2. Sales Support_: Assist sales associates in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and offering tastings.

3. Showroom Maintenance_: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.

4. Inventory Management_: Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.

5. Team Support_: Provide support and guidance to sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to excel in their roles.

6. Visual Merchandising_: Assist with visual merchandising, creating visually appealing displays and arrangements to showcase our products.

7. Health and Safety_: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

1. Experience_: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or food retail environment.

2. Education_: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Basic knowledge of chocolate and confectionery

4. Certifications/Awards_: Relevant certifications, such as food safety or customer service awards, are advantageous.
