Are you a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in the construction industry? We're seeking a dynamic Projects Manager to lead our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Resolve project-related issues and disputes.
• Prepare project reports and presentations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6.
• In-depth knowledge of contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
