Job Description

• Review material requisition (MR) submittals to ensure the correctness of 9COM classification, approved vendors/manufacturers, compliance with international codes, company standards, and the Contract Schedule Q, and review Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with approved PRS.
• Review inspection & test plans (ITP) corresponding to applicable SA-175 Forms.
• Responsible for overseeing vendor inspections, in-process inspections, factory acceptance tests, and final inspections before the release and delivery of equipment and materials procured for the project. Additionally, manage all associated quality control activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with approved third-party agencies for inspection activities, including factory acceptance tests, in-process inspections and final inspections before release.
• Prepare inspection assignment packages (IAP) and material/equipment final inspection disposition packages.
• Plan, recruit, and seek client approval for qualified personnel for inspection activities. Prepare a procurement two-week looks-head and schedule and a weekly inspection/fabrication Status Report.
• Ensure the availability of all required quality documents and records for procurement for the project quality index, as per Schedule Q deliverables.
• Identify non-conformances within the project scope of work and ensure that discrepancies are promptly addressed and rectified.
• Initiate and apply the requirements specified in Saudi Aramco standards (SAEP-
/SAMSS/SAES, etc.).
• Conduct vendor inspections and surveillance as necessary, in line with project requirements.
• Engage extensively with the Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT), Saudi Aramco Vendor Inspection Division (SAVID/SAIR), and Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Division (SAPID) for project material inspection activities.
• Monitor request for inspection (RFI) for PIM, In-Process, and Final Inspection inspections and adhere to material surveillance requirements of SAPID/SAPMT after material receiving inspection activities.
• Involve extensive interaction with subcontractors to address and resolve project material and documentation issues and non-conformances.
• Perform quality documentation tasks under the project quality plan.
