We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
Salary AED2500 - AED2800 plus Visa, Transportation & other benefits provided by company.
