We are looking for an organized and professional Office Secretary cum Receptionist to manage front desk duties and provide secretarial support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries at the front desk.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone messages.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the office calendar.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain and organize office records and files.
Assist with general administrative tasks and support office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial training is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
