We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of HR policies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Handle employee inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage employee relations.
Process payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
