Job Description
The Counter Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Key duties include:
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Recommending products and answering customer inquiries about features, prices, and availability
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and other forms of payment
Handling customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in line with store policies
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter area
Asian nationality Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri lanka and Philippine.
Salary 2,500 to 3,000 plus commission.
