Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
