The Receptionist Cum HR Admin is responsible for front desk duties as well as providing support for human resources tasks. Key duties include:
Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage general inquiries
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
HR Admin Duties:
Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking
Coordinate training and development programs
Help with HR-related communications and policies
Support administrative tasks for HR team and management
Salary: 2500 AED - 3000 AED (Monthly)
