Job title: Accounts Receivable officer
Managing the company’s accounts receivable process to ensure the timely collection of the receivables and managing the accounts receivable ledger
Duties and responsibilities
- prepare and send accurate invoices to customers
- Ensure all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies
- Process credit memos and adjustments as necessary
- Maintain records of invoices credit memos and payments
Qualifications and Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Additional certifications in accounting(CMA,CARP,CB)
3. SOCPA Membership: certification from organizations for certified public Accountants.
