Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Branding Expert to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and brand development, with a keen interest in blockchain and fintech. This role is crucial in shaping our visual identity, creating engaging designs across various media, and ensuring our brand effectively communicates our values and vision in the competitive digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain RVA's visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
• Create compelling designs for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Design marketing materials including infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and print collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and informative content that simplifies complex blockchain concepts
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications
• Create data visualisations and charts to effectively communicate financial and blockchain-related information
• Design engaging animations and motion graphics for digital platforms and video content
• Contribute to the UI/UX design process for our web and mobile applications
• Develop iconography and visual elements specific to our blockchain and fintech products
• Stay updated on design trends, particularly in the fintech and blockchain sectors
• Participate in branding strategy discussions and contribute creative ideas for brand growth
• Manage and prioritise multiple design projects with tight deadlines

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design and branding, preferably with exposure to fintech or blockchain projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills including branding, digital design, and print
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs
• Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
• Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralised finance concepts
• Experience in designing for fintech or cryptocurrency brands
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with web developers
• Experience with 3D design software
• Understanding of accessibility standards in design
