Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving and Inspection:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
• Unpack, label, and store materials in designated locations.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
