Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller/Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manpower or construction industry and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This role requires someone who can manage documentation while also supporting the sourcing of skilled manpower for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize, manage, and maintain company documents and ensure proper documentation control processes.
2. Source and recruit candidates for manpower needs, ensuring they meet project requirements.
3. Handle document submissions, approvals, and revisions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure proper documentation for manpower allocation.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all documentation.
6. Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines for both sourcing and documentation tasks.
7. Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience in document control and/or sourcing, preferably in the manpower or construction industry.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
4. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
