Head Chef

We are urgently in need of Head Chef for a new high-end Japanese Mexican Restaurant with the below requirements. Culinary degree from a recognized culinary school or institute.
•
4-6 years of experience as a Head Chef in an upscale restaurant, preferably in with Middle East experience, with proven expertise in Japanese and Mexican cuisines, including specific skills in Robata and sushi.
•
Demonstrated ability in menu development and execution with a creative culinary approach.
•
Strong operational management skills, with experience in training staff, inventory management, and cost control.
•
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of fostering a cooperative team environment.
•
Flexibility to relocate to Bahrain and willingness to travel as needed.
