Electronics Technician & Receptionist

We are hiring a skilled Electronics Technician & Receptionist to join our team! This dual role combines technical expertise with customer service, where you will manage the reception area, assist customers with inquiries, handle device repairs (PCs, gaming consoles, etc.), and sell used tech products. Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair electronics (PCs, consoles, peripherals)
2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
3. Manage stock of used items and accessories
4. Process payments and invoices

Qualifications:

1.Experience in electronics repair
2.Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
3.Excellent communication and customer service skills
4.Ability to multitask and manage inventory
