PTW Holder - Civil Supervisor/Foreman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PTW Holder to join our team as a Civil Supervisor/Foreman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of workers.

Responsibilities:
PTW Management:
• Ensure the proper issuance and execution of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
• Conduct pre-task briefings to ensure workers understand hazards and safety protocols.
• Verify isolation procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the work process.
• Maintain accurate PTW documentation.
Site Supervision:
• Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including excavation, concreting, and structural installations.
• Develop and implement work plans to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce all safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among workers.
• Ensure workers utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Work Coordination:
• Effectively assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members.
• Motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve project goals.
• Foster open communication and collaboration within the team.
Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Valid PTW Holder certification
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials for civil works.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and a proven track record of accident-free work.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in [relevant software programs, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project].
