• Schedule Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software such as primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with various departments to ensure resources availability and efficient allocation.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates and monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Progress Tracking: Track project progress against the schedule, identify any variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
