Job Description
• Develop, implement, and maintaincomprehensive quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9000, ISO14001, and BRCGS issue 6 standards
• Overseedaily quality control operations, including inspection of rawmaterials, in-process checks, and final productevaluation
• Conduct regular internal audits toensure compliance with all relevant quality standards andregulations
• Manage and analyze quality data toidentify trends, potential issues, and areas forimprovement
• Lead root cause analysis forquality-related problems and implement correctiveactions
• Collaborate with production,engineering, and other departments to enhance product quality andmanufacturing efficiency
• Develop and deliverquality control training programs for staff at alllevels
• Prepare detailed weekly reports forupper management, highlighting key quality metrics, issues, andimprovement initiatives
• Manage relationshipswith external auditors and certificationbodies
• Stay updated on industry best practicesand emerging quality controltechnologies
