A leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Supervisor- Cleaning & House keeping
Job Responsibilities
•Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning procedures.
•Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards.
•Inspect premises regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
•Train and develop housekeeping staff, providing necessary guidance and support.
•Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
•Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
•Should be well versed in Cleaning, Housekeeping, Swimming pool, pest control procedures
Qualification:
•+2 Or Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management/Facilities/ Hospitality
•Experience - 5-7 yrs. minimum on the relevant or similar position
•Skilled in drafting professional emails. Worked on ERP/ SAP software platforms would be an added advantage.
•Should be able to read, write & fluent in speak English.
•Have a valid Bahrain OR GCC Driving License
