Sr Sales Executive

Reputed Bahrain Company seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Sales Executive.

Business lines : Retail and HORECA

Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail and HORECA
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Accounts and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review
