Salary - Basic 8,000-9,000 SAR + 35 % HRA ( 25% Housing + 10%Transport)

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of vacuum tanker , Super Sucker, and hydro jetting machines.

•Solid understanding of technical aspects of heavy equipment, vacuum tanker, and hydro jetting machines, pumps.

Must have 10-15 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a big contracting company .
KEY Responsibilities
• Develop maintenance procedure and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of all company equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Plan of all preventive maintenance for all company equipment.
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Keep Maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of heavy equipment, vacuum tanker, and hydro jetting machines, pumps.
• Working knowledge of facility machines and heavy equipment.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Having knowledge of SAP System.
skills and experience:
In order to qualify for these positions, the following criteria have to be met: • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electrical or mechanical engineering .Very good knowledge of the Policies & Procedures • Very good in English both written and spoken
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Operations Director for the day-to-day planning and managing of facilities. • Direct staff and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies. • Maintaining customer satisfaction as per set targets. • To ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values.
Gulf experience in Reputed Contracting company will be preferred. Age below 50
