1 Resource Allocation
Assess project requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize efficiency.
2 Forecasting and Planning
Analyze current and future resource needs based on project demands and organizational goals.
Develop and maintain resource forecasts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
3 Collaboration
Work closely with project managers and team leads to understand project scopes and requirements.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to address staffing needs and hire additional resources when necessary.
4 Scheduling
Create and maintain resource schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Identify potential conflicts and resolve scheduling issues proactively.
5 Data Management

Invoice Follow Up
Service Entry sheet follow up
Aligning with all the department to arrange the resource and make sure to meet the mobilization deadline
Maintain accurate records of resource availability, skills, and utilization.
Utilize project management software and tools to track resources and generate reports.
6 Performance Monitoring
Monitor performance metrics related to resource utilization and productivity.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving resource efficiency.
7 Risk Management
Identify potential risks related to resource shortages or over-allocations and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
8 Reporting
Prepare regular reports on resource allocation, utilization, and project status for management review.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
9 Continuous Improvement
Evaluate current resource planning processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in resource management.
10 Training and Development
Identify training needs for resources and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure they are integrated into the team effectively.
Requirements
Expert in MS office ( Especially in Excel)
Primavera Knowledge
Good Communication Skills
Minimum 5 Years Experience
Degree In mechanical or Diploma
