Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Schedule and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

- Team Management
- Lead and guide a team of carpenters and woodworking professionals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and the project's needs.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work and productivity.

- Resource Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Quality Assurance
- Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and standards to maintain consistency in the work.

- Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the project status, progress, and any changes.
- Address client concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Budget Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control within the approved limits.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance, and report any variances to senior management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic, as Arabic will be the primary language for communicating with clients and the team.
- Proven experience as a project manager in a carpentry or woodworking environment.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
