A small firm in Bahrain is seeking a qualified Civil Foreman with strong HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and leading site operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect work to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety inspections, and material usage.
