Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Mokhatat in Jeddah. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing plumbing tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, handling EPA regulations, and working with electricity.
Qualifications
Troubleshooting, Plumbing, and Preventive Maintenance skills
EPA Regulations and Electricity knowledge
Experience in HVAC system maintenance
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is a plus
Previous experience in property management industry is advantageous
