Duties And Responsibilities:
• Preparing issues and receipts vouchers for goods in SAP B1 software.
• Maintain and store all stock and non-stock items in their allocated areas.
• Fill out requisitions to purchase items when stock levels reach re-order level/min stock level.
• Count and compare the stocked quantity with the books and inform the Store Manager of any differences in a timely manner. (Timely inventory)
• Maintain log of tools and small equipment and keep records updated at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the stocked and non-stocked items at all times.
• Checking the availability of material in stock when requisitions are received and inform the Buyer / Purchaser if items need to be purchased.
• Checking of purchased / returned materials and record it in the stock register. (SAP).
• Coordinate with the Buyer / Purchaser / Foreman to timely dispatch of goods to various sites.
• Any other duty / responsibility assigned by senior staff.
• To ensure consistent implementation of the ISO-9001:2008 quality management system.
• Comply with regulations and safety requirements.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by Store, Logistics, or Workshop Manager or Commercial Manager.
• Support the implementation of the applicable elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Accountability:
• To ensure all the store activities as per company’s policy and procedure.
• To ensure stock count in the stock register (SAP) is matching with the actual stock at all times.
Educational & Technical Requirements :
• Any Diploma Course or Technical Vocational
• 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Must have experience as storekeeper in a construction Company.
• Should have knowledge about construction materials, spare parts for Equipment.
• Must have the knowledge of computer and SAP B1 software system.
