Sales - Bakery and Confectionery Ingredients

• Build up multi-level relations with the customers.
• Handle the Key accounts and Increase market penetration and coverage by targeting small and medium food companies in the assigned territory.
• Effectively work and utilise technical resources to ensure a good healthy pipeline of new projects.
• Assess the market, and prepare sales forecast.
• Secure orders and co–ordinate with the supply chain team to ensure that the products are delivered on time.
• Plan regular customer visits to generate higher business and provide market intelligence reports covering consumer trends, competition, new product positioning, customer information, etc
• Responsible for expanding the business by bringing in new customers & introducing new products.
• Follow-up on outstanding payments with customers.

Knowledge and skill Requirements:

• Degree in Food Technology/ Science or related field.
• Skills 5 to 8 years’ experience in selling& B2B food ingredients to food companies.
• Strong understanding of trading practices and market dynamics.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates must be based in KSA & valid iqama.
