About Us:
A Mini Mart based in Jeddah, KSA, is a fast-growing retail chain implementing a comprehensive ERP system to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations, requires the services of an IT Supervisor, for its inhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize ERP system modules (POS, Inventory, Finance, HR), ensuring data integration, network security, IT support, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of IT management experience
• Knowledge of network security and data protection
• Exposure of basic software and hardware handling and installations
• Basic programing Skills
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective communication and training skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
