Wholesale Supervisor Required

Our Mini Mart at Jeddah is a fast-growing retail chain committed to quality and customer satisfaction, leveraging state-of-the-art ERP with POS systems. We need the services of an energetic and qualified Wholesale Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in wholesale/retail. KSA experience is preferred.
• Have a valid transferable Iqama.
• Exposure of wholesale and retail products, In Arabic and Urdu. (English is an advantage)
• Age limit, not more than 40.
• Proven track record in managing operations and achieving sales targets
• Experience with ERP and POS systems
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Customer service and relationship-building
• Ability to analyse market trends

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee wholesale operations, increase customer base, manage orders, dispatch, invoicing, inventory, sales growth, customer relations, and compliance.
