Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
· Identify and generate new business opportunities by selling exhibition booths, spaces, and sponsorships.
· Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
· Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.
· Collect and analyze data from exhibitions, conferences, and events to inform business strategies.
· Participate in the operational aspects of exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction.
· Maximize the business pipeline and revenue by securing mega projects.
· Actively contribute to the company's expansion and development strategy, both vertically and horizontally.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and the successful delivery of projects.
· Contribute to the company's growth strategy by identifying opportunities for expansion, both vertically and horizontally, and securing mega projects to enhance the business pipeline and revenue.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the event management, exhibitions, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.
· Exceptional ability to understand and meet client requirements.
· Strong analytical skills with the capability to collect and interpret event-related data.
· Excellent teamwork skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for generating new business and exploring opportunities.
· Outstanding customer service orientation, aiming to exceed client expectations.
· Demonstrated ability to shape and drive the company's business strategy.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
