Low Current Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes Low Current activities on-site as directed, including:
1. Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Low Current Systems.
2. Responsible for monitoring the critical equipment.
3. Responsible for responding to client’s complaints.
4. Sub-contractor supervision.
5. Responsible for routine check-ups on the recently maintained systems.
6. Recording and reporting the work activities.
7.Endorse & collect the pending & finished tasks.
8. Differentiate the priority of the tasks.
9. Update the assigned work orders.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant Certification from a recognized institution.
2. Experience in Operation & Maintenance.
3. A combination of experience and qualifications may be considered.

Systems Under Duty:
1. Fire Alarm.
2. Building Management System (BMS).
3. Access Control System (ACS).
4. CCTV System
5. Public Address and Voice System (PA).
6. Gate barriers, roller shutters, sliding doors, Revolving doors, ..., etc.
7. Special lighting systems.
8. IPTV System

Skills & Abilities:
1. Good Communication skills.
2. Troubleshooting skills.
3. Languages Knowledge (English, Arabic)
4. Excellent Emergency Response Time.
5. General Tool usage (Basic Tools, Special Tools).
6. Rotating Shifts Flexibility.
7. Team Support.
8. Adherence to SOP and HSE.
