Job Description:
BMS Auditing is seeking dynamic and motivated Salespersons to join our team in Dubai. We have opportunities for both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our growth. As a Salesperson at BMS Auditing, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our auditing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote BMS Auditing services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the auditing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
For Experienced Professionals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the auditing or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
