Job Description:

Prepare and serve matcha-based beverages and other drinks according to company standards
Have a thorough knowledge of matcha and its various uses in beverages
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction
Operate espresso machines, milk frothers, and other equipment necessary for beverage preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Uphold quality and consistency in every beverage served
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of coffee and/or matcha preparation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Japanese appearance with "chinky" eyes (as per the client's request)
Good manners and a courteous demeanor
