Production Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia, Jeddah

Responsibilities:
•Oversee and guide the design team in using SolidWorks to create detailed, accurate models and drawings.
•Press toll and mold design and execution.
•Understand different types of works of materials, MDF, Metal, Acrylic, honeycomb etc.
•Manages production department, include fabrication, punching process.
•Do the resources planning (manpower and equipment) based on the sales requirement and manage the people resources to ensure the on-time delivery.
•Setup the daily people management routine to ensure the highest efficiency level, even with temporary workers during the peak times.
•Ensure all design outputs are aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
•Evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement.
•Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•Oversee the procurement and maintenance of production equipment and materials.
•Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
•Coordinate with creative and account teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
•Should be able to understand the CNC router machine & Artcam functionality for project execution.
•Implement Continuous Improvement tools of problem solving for boosting efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.
•Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team. Full knowledge of hazards in the workplace

Must know:
•Solidworks
•AutoCAD
•Sketchup
•Illustrator
•MS office
•3d max for drawings is a plus

Qualifications:
•Certifications in the relevant field
•Must have experience working in advertising & production house.
•3+ experience in similar role
•Good communication skills
•Project Management skills
•Comfort working with multiple groups within a business.
