Position: Contract Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with companies that operate an Isuzu fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring that all agreements are clear, compliant, and beneficial to both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with companies operating an Isuzu fleet.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract creation.
Maintain organized records of all contract documentation.
Provide advice and guidance on contract matters to management and staff.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.


Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in contract management within the automotive industry, specifically with Isuzu vehicles.
Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive maintenance and parts sector.
Familiarity with Denso car AC services and genuine Isuzu parts.
