Senior Software Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced senior software developer to head a development team and to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems to adapt to business and/or technology changes. The senior software developer will oversee and ensures the successful design, development, and delivery of solutions that comply with quality standards in timely manner.

Senior Software Developer Responsibilities
• Design, develop, modify, test, implement, and support software components as per business requirements.
• Communicate with business team to determine and gather the system scope and requirements
• Prepare technical documentation (system flow, screen designs, database structures and diagrams) as per system scope implementing the best practices for scalability, supportability, interoperability, ease of maintenance and optimized performance
• Communicate to developers the technical documentation for development
• Assign and monitor the development schedule to ensure timely implementation
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to ensure the overall accuracy and usability
• Direct the migration and implementation
• Create training processes and manual documentation for users

Senior Software Developer Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in development using below technologies:
o PL TECHNOLOGIES : ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET
o DATABASE : ORACLE 19c, MS SQL SERVER 2016
o IDE/TOOLS : VS Studio 2019, TOAD, SSMS
o FRAMEWORK : .NET Framework 4.6/4.7
o APPLICATION SERVER : IIS (8.5)
o REPORTING : Crystal Reports, MS Reports
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good presentation skills, highly motivated, energetic individual and good team player
• Ability to develop creative solutions for complex problems with attention to details
• Updated in latest technologies
• Adaptable to job challenges and quick learner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
