About the Role:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of the new food factory project. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors, ensuring the project adheres to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessment.
Oversee all aspects of construction, from site selection and permitting to construction completion and handover.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed.
Manage project budget and ensure all expenditures are within approved limits.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
