Personnel Requirements

Construction Manager : He must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in construction work, provided that the last five (5) years of it are in senior management positions in organizing and supervising civil engineering projects and site development. The candidate must have previous project management experience with a focus on quality control, engineering, planning, and interrelated business coordination, and must have five (5) years of experience in the Middle East region. He must have a degree in engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.



Planning and Scheduling Engineer: He must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field of construction, and at least five (5) years of experience in planning and scheduling civil engineering projects, especially construction work for site development. He must be a skilled user specialized in the use of Primavera-p6 and must have previous experience of five (5) years as a minimum in the Middle East region. He must have a degree in engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.


QC Manager: He must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field of construction, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing quality control works on sites and with inspection bodies. And he must have experience from one (1) year to two (2) years in developing special websites, and at least two (2) years of experience in the position of quality control manager. He must have a minimum of two (2) years previous experience in the Middle East region. He must have an extensive technical and administrative background to meet the requirements for preparing reports and documents. He must have a degree in engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.


Procurement Manager: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the construction field and at least five (5) years of experience in the supply, procurement of materials and quality control with inspection bodies. He must have an extensive technical and administrative background to meet the requirements for preparing reports and documents. Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator: He should have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction work with at least five (5) years of experience in estimating quantities and costs for construction work, materials and equipment for civil engineering, site development projects and offshore / coast projects. He must have at least four (4) years of experience in the Middle East region. He must have an extensive technical and administrative background to fulfill the reporting and document preparation requirements. Knowledge of the latest CSI standards and contract terms under FIDIC is an added advantage. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Document Control Supervisor: He must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university, and have at least five (5) years' experience in document control work similar to Royal Commission contracts. He must be computer literate, and software such as (E-DOX) and Primavera and must have previous experience related to civil works environment, with general knowledge of engineering and project construction works. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.


Superintendent – Civil/Structural Works : He must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of construction, provided that he has worked for the last five (5) years in the position of general controller on large multi-disciplinary projects. He must have previous experience in coordinating and scheduling construction works, including but not limited to masonry works, road works, earthworks, laying and installation of site utilities, housing/building construction works, concrete structures... etc.. He must have a degree in engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.

QC Engineer – Electrical/Telecommunication Works: Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years of experience in IPTV/Telecommunications/Electrical Site Works. He must have a degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.

QC Engineer – Civil/Structural Works: He must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field of construction, with the last five (5) years of it being in the field of quality control work. He must have at least two (2) years of experience in the Middle East region. He must have a degree in civil engineering from a recognized university. The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.
