Residential Building in Haya Salamah

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning/mopping/dusting/car washing
- Hardworking, self motivated, polite, and complete all tasks on time.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Turning buildings lights ON/OFF morning and evening
2. Washing parking area once a week
3. Mopping building once a week
4. Watering the plants daily
5. Daily sweeping and keeping the building area tidy and clean
6. Washing tenant cars, trash collection
(In addition to salary tenants will pay you for car washing and daily trash collection if you do a good job).
7. Check building water tank (khazan) and automatic water motor to make sure water supply to building is coming regularly
8. Collect rent from tenants and give them the receipt
9. Complete other miscellaneous tasks from Madam (landlady) and minor requests from tenants (getting things from Bakala etc for them when they call you)

On site Harris room with kitchen and bathroom available.

This is not a difficult job as there's not too many duties. If you're motivated and hardworking this is a great opportunity to earn almost 1000SR to 1200SR per month. Wake up early and begin your day.
