Job Description

As a Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across our growing portfolio of restaurant locations. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand consistency, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple restaurant locations simultaneously.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to drive efficiency and profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers and assistant managers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to restaurant-level leadership.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Financial Management:
- Analyze financial data, including sales, labor, and expense reports, to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators for each restaurant location.
- Implement strategies to control food and labor costs while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
Brand Stewardship:
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to quality standards across all restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to support new menu introductions and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and address any operational issues that could impact the brand’s reputation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and learnings across the restaurant portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
- Strong understanding of restaurant industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
